My morning can be summed up this way:

I just had to explain to a coworker how to sign into a Yahoo email account.

( What happens when the domain registration payment reminders are sent to people who haven't worked here in 7 years. You'd think the whole part where the emails bounce back and have for 7 years would be a clue, right? )
