Went shopping at lunch with money that was supposed to be spent on bills. Well, I didn't buy too much, so it only took up money that would have been spent on one bill. But still. Cute little black top to go with my funky gold cargo pants. A silver lariat necklace. And a dress that's...I really don't know how to describe it. Strapless. Horizontal/diagonal stripes. The colors - red, pink, beige, black, white. Empire waist that ties in the back. A sort of faux wrap look to it. Diagonal hem that dips lowest in the front.

Yeah, it's next to impossible to describe. Right now you're horrified at what sounds like a truly hideous confection. Trust me. It's cute. And flattering whereas most strapless dresses aren't. If there were a picture online, I'd link to it. But alas, there isn't.

Off to see X2 again in just a few minutes. Today has really dragged. I know it was because I knew I was going out tonight, but still.
