American Idol
The rundown is as follows: Gedeon continues to creep me out while alternately singing his ass off. If he's not in the top 12 it's a crime. Chris failed to impress me, while Kevin pretty much proved that he's great for choir, but this isn't Choir Boy Idol, so he has to go. Bucky still charms me and I like Wave On Wave, so I know he did a good job. I still fear him becoming a casualty tonight, because he at least seems more like an adult singer instead of a kid in a musical. Will killed his song, and not in a good way (I still prefer his voice to Kevin's). Taylor was good, and he had a strong performance, but he wasn't quite up to Michael McDonald's vocal standards. (And was he having a seizure?) Elliott wasn't at his best, but he sang beautifully and it was Heaven! Who can't love some Bryan Adamsif you're of the right age and female? Ace got the falsetto right this week, but, um...I'm still mildly creeped out by the MJ stuff. Cause...who really can listen to Michael Jackson singing a lovey dovey song and not be a little creeped? (Why can't someone bust out Thriller and have everyone dance? Now that would be sweet.)
