1. Now own an Old Navy tunic. The commercials do not lie. I look wicked cute. *fights the urge to dance*

2. In the category of most irritating is when a transformer blows 10 minutes in to CSI. Especially irritating when loud boom means lap full o' dog. It's really hard to stumble around in the dark by the light of your cell phone's LED when the dog is glued to you.

3. If my prognosticating desk calendar is correct, someone from team Hendrick shall win the race in Phoenix on Saturday night. The desk calendar is prognosticating Jeffypoo, but the prognostication is usually team related, so Jimmie...not too far of a stretch.

4. Get to tussle with UPS this afternoon. Whee!

5. Batman Begins is now coming to theaters two days earlier: Wednesday, June 15th! Spread the word! Yay! Yes, I do now have plans to take half a day that day to see it. I'm a Bale ho.

[livejournal.com profile] theninthdoctor, be on the lookout. The trifecta of sister stupidness has reached 2/3.

My sister is up to something. *sigh* My BIL discovered today that she took $800 out of their checking account. She also had told him that she'd be in meetings all day today, and at her office they told him she's "off site", which isn't so big of a deal since they do have off site meetings, except...she has a history.

He's headed home to see which car is there (because that's telling). My mom is frustrated, because she'd been telling them for months they needed to see a counselor.

I have an inkling I know what's up, but at this point, she's blowing up and I'm not saving it (or telling what I think it is unless they let me confront her separately). Needless to say, I wouldn't be surprised if it involved a male.

The situation is as follows:

My sister has stolen $800 from her husband. She left with all her personal items she legally make claim to. The note left intimates that she has become mentally unstable. The pertinent part is that it leads me to believe that at any time she might falsely accuse my BIL of domestic violence. She has a history of mental illness that has caused my family to have at hand the information for involuntary commital. At this time I do believe she is posing a risk to herself and her husband.

She has brought a third party into this (probably male, most likely met over the internet). There has apparently been a long term plan to perpetrate her leaving. One thing she did do was erase all emails and internet history on her home computer. She even left her cell phone and got a prepaid cell.

At this time I would say it's safe to guess what's happened. What I need is information on in depth ways to dig up files on her computer. She's not net savvy or computer savvy. I've yet to get to the computer, but when I do, I can work better and see what all has been erased.

If anyone has any ideas on what to do via the net, I'd be grateful. Personally, I would say good riddance and so long if it weren't for the fact that she's a threat to my BIL and her mental illness. If this was logical and reasonable behavior (even for her), than it all would be her decision. Unfortunately, this isn't.

Any help would be appreciated.
