Maybe you need to write a letter to your direct supervisor, whichever of the partners it is. Outline everything that you have been asked to do and find out what the priorities should be. Give suggestions as to what you think should be done. And then have that supervisor send out a company e-mail. The way they're treating you is ridiculous, they're like a bunch of 4-year-olds "NO I AM MORE IMPORTANT." Good grief.
Or hire you a damn assistant, even if it's part-time. Sheesh.
