My one note regarding last night's episode of Smallville.


Al can kiss my lovely white ass (see, I already have the correct spot marked and everything) for comments he's made to TV Guide. Thanks Al for being your usual ass.

But regarding last night's ep...in all the flashing back that Clark did as he was losing his memory, Pete's face did flash through a couple of times.

Thank you for not forgetting a character who knows his secret and was only on the show for three seasons. I was sure they'd have cut him out completely, given the track record. But they didn't. So small yay.

I think Al's lovely quote was something along the lines of "Chloe will never, ever, in the world, get to have Clark." Although he wasn't actually quoted, just referenced. But it was pretty much that Chloe can pines till the cows come home, but it's not going to happen.

On one hand, Al said the Clana was dead before season four. On the other, he doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut as a means of keeping some fans. (Plus his snarky attitude of entitlement - meaning he can ignore logic - gets on my nerves. He interviews very pissily.)

Regarding Chloe, that just sucks. I mean, I guess I kind of realized that, but I always held out hope. Bah.

But yay! I screamed out loud when I saw Pete flash by. I was excited!

At least if he could have left us the hope, however misguided we knew it was, it was hope that kept us tuning in with joy in our hearts. Instead he acts like a five-year-old who wants his toy back. He pouts and whines and snatches and acts like he's the only one to get what he wants, and it's all about him.

Seeing Pete made me so happy. My boy!
