Today, instead of packing, I watched the first disc of Friday Night Lights season one and True Blood season one.
First off, FNL. It's kind of hard to not be drawn to Tim Riggins. There's something damaged in him, plus Taylor Kitsch plays him beautifully. However, Matt is very much the character I like the most. That's my type.
Next, TB. The first disc only had two episodes, so it's very much in keeping with the book right now. However, I like the addition of Tara, plus more Lafayette. Sam is still the preferable guy. And grandma gets on my nerves with her fake ass southern accent. (Tara and Rene have the only convincing accents in the bunch.)
