Question

Anybody on here ever tried nasal irrigation?

I'm clogged up pretty bad. My sinuses are killing me, even the ones at the base of my skull. I get intermittent breathing. I'm curious as to whether flushing out the sinuses would be beneficial and what methods have been tried and would be easy for a newbie.
