Racing Question

For anyone on ye olde f-list that knows racing more than me (the series other than NASCAR Nextel Cup, Nationwide or Truck Series).

Which feeder series would hire pit crews? We're talking hire here. Actual hired help, not just the guys that help out because they're buddies.
