The town I live in recently voted in alcohol. The "for" folks have been giddy for weeks now because within minutes of verification of the vote tally, one convenience store was completely stocked with beer and the Rock Ola is serving mixed drinks.
The one thing we've been lacking since the vote? A package store. That takes longer to get licensing on, as it's not a pre-existing business. Everywhere else they just added on.
Until now. We have a package store!
And the "for" folks hate it with a fiery passion.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have the Brew Thru, a single wide trailer right across from the Chamber of Commerce that is a drive through liquor dispenser.
Now, back to trying to convince my body that going to sleep would be a good idea since I'm tired.
