Riding the Bus

Rode the bus. Items of note:

1. Stupid sun is in my eyes for half the ride. Problem is, no matter which side you sit on, you get the sun in your eyes for half the ride. That's just the way it is. So I can only read half the time.

2. I can't ever get off at the UNCG stop, as it's on the other side of campus from where bubblesbrnaid used to work. So, even farther from the office.

3. Getting to sit and listen to my iRiver (Vincent) all the way to work? Awesome. (Incidentally, I swear the thing was on a Jason Castro kick. But subtly. And "Tonight I Wanna Cry" followed by "Mad World" should make for really depressing. But for some reason it just made me really happy.)

4. Out of about 20 people on the bus, about 15 were middle aged women. *g* (Two were young women, and the rest were men.) Southern women = frugal. Southern men = independent and too stubborn to give up their cars.

Things Done Last Night Because I Got Listy

1. Made a list for spring cleaning.
2. Painted my toes.
3. Ironed (clothing for the next day - I know!).
4. Made a list of clothing staples I need.
5. Made lists for the rest of the week.
6. Repacked my bag for work so that I wouldn't be cramming stuff into my purse.
7. Made mac and cheese for dinner.
8. Got ready for bed before 8.
9. Watched Olympic trials and played Sudoku until bedtime.

Of the random - got a date. When he calls me. His name is Will. Tall. Business suit. Glasses. And don't be freaked, but that's all I know about him. LOL Elevator run in. I agreed to lunch. Hey, he's cute. But I'm not agreeing to more than lunch until I know his last name.

And...

Lord, my brain is fried. Back to crazy amounts of work!
