American Idol
Simply put?
Chris is awesome (the dude that wants to make Hasselhoff cry - really, as goals go, that's realistic).
The chick from NC? Anyone else trying to figure out that family story where dad's paralyzed because he shot himself in the neck after catching his wife (her stepmom) cheating and shooting her first? Cause LORD. I swear, I'd have said no based off of the story alone. Wanting to buy grandma a one-story house is noble and all (because old knees and hips plus the fact that dad most likely gets the downstairs bedroom means grandma is having it rough), but how is her dad not in jail?
And...again, that was all that struck me about Birmingham. I think there was one other guy that struck my fancy, thereby solidifying that at least at this stage, the best of the lot are male.
So far, though, only three have stood out enough to make me want to watch them more - Sundance, Melinda and Chris.
Now back to massive amounts of working.
