We are coining this term in our office. Got a person that calls, and every time they call you'd swear they were just short of slitting their own wrists, all based on tone of voice? That person is an Eeyore!

(We have reached a stage with one newspaper sales person that we have taken to calling her Eeyore to each other when she calls. I'll page a coworker and say "Eeyore on line 1" and she knows who it is.)
