Dear morons at radio/TV stations:

I know you're calling to bitch about the lack of tapes with spots. You always call to bitch about the fact that they haven't arrived yet/there's no traffic instructions/no copy. Guess what? The response is always the same.

1. The traffic instructions/copy were rubber banded around the tape. If you threw it away, that's your fault.

2. According to FedEx tracking, your receptionist signed for it 6 days ago. Therefore, you missed airing Monday's spot because of someone screwing up on your end.

*sigh*

So learn - when you don't have the tape, don't call and bitch at us. 99.999% of the time it's not our fault. And don't bitch because you missed airing spots on Monday when you didn't call to find out what's going on until Tuesday.
