Me, bopping in while on vacation (because going 4 days without the internet is impossible).

First, much love to SPEED for rerunning the 7 Days with Ellyut Sadler. It is now taped for posterity (and much Bubbles watching and giggling). After all, nothing says comedy gold like Ellyut trying to sing opera (badly and not knowing the words) or Ellyut's pronunciation of "McMerry" and "I-ron". Or the dropping of golf clubs with an "I meant to do that", or mocking of Jamie's golf game.

And I have patio chairs (very deep and wonderfully cushioned). I actually sat out in them this morning and thwarted the squirrel (he's a cute little fellow - he falls asleep in the tree nearby when he can't get to the feeder). All was great until Chester decided to chase a bug around the bird feeder and almost broke it.

Note to self - having a conversation with one's grandmother is an iffy thing anyway. It's especially iffy when you actually make the concession (in a fit of insanity) to the fact that you're too stubborn and need to not be so set in your ways about some things, because inevitably it comes back and bites you and she somehow turns this into a great sign that she IS perfect and you're like your grandfather (and mother) and therefore subhuman (note she still is married to the man) and ends with me declaring (in a grand and dramatic manner) "Well, I dont' need to change because I'm perfect the way I am". Whee!

What? She made me do it.
