Yay! Track Smack!!!!!

Ryan Smithson: I think Talladega's overrated as far as trouble goes. There's not a 100 percent chance of a huge wreck.

Lee Montgomery: Talladega is overrated as far as trouble goes? Want to think about that?

Ryan Smithson: Sure, Lee, it's not guaranteed trouble will happen.

Lee Montgomery: But it's not overrated.

Ryan Smithson: We've had several races without The Big One.

Marty Smith: Smithson, have lost your mind, son?

Lee Montgomery: And I was trying to be nice. Thanks, Marty.

Ron Lemasters Jr.: The law of averages will take over, then.

Ryan Smithson: No, Marty. What I am saying is that you also got to watch out for parts failures, not just The Big One.

Lee Montgomery: It's the due theory.

Marty Smith: Unless you've forgotten, Elliott Sadler rolled 58 times down the back straightaway last year. And he was at the front of the pack!

Ryan Smithson: He rolled 57 times, not 58. Also, he hates needles.

Ron Lemasters Jr.: 56.5. I counted.

And Power Rankings!

Jamie McMurray: We don’t believe it. Benny Parsons said “Mc-Murr-ay” on Sunday. And he’s leading the Rankings for the first time. Coincidence? No way.

Jeff Gordon: He’s been on Regis and Kelly so much that he knows every one of her kids by name. Which is pretty hard to do.

Ellyut: He scored a top 10 with the help of sticker tires, or, as Elliott would say it, “sticka ties.”

Michael Waltrip: He made a lightning-quick exit from Loudon. We figured he might have been late for a commercial shoot, but then we remembered it was Sunday.

Robby Gordon: We won’t believe Robby is out of the car until we hear it from Dan Rather.

Okay, I have a question. I made a bid at Ebay. It *confirmed* my bid. And yet right now? It's showing up differently than from what I bid. At a lesser amount.

I just had to check and...

So far, JG's auction is topping out at over $3,700. *dances* That's fantastic! He's going to make his goal!

What the fucking hell?

I would just like to say, it is not nice of the LJ folks to be changing things at 5:00 on Smallville day. What's up with the new screen for posting LJ entries?

*shudders*

Just under 3 hours. *squee*!!!!

And I would just like to point out that other fandoms? Think we're psycho. Not that I care, really, which is an unusually zen thing for me, but their view of us (SV folk) is not unfounded.

And what the hell is this at the bottom of the screen? Ack! Bad LJ! Bad! No cookies!
