So, as of right now my celebrity OTP is tied at three. Matt Damon, Dale Earnhardt Jr., and Sam Jones III. So I have to narrow it down from there with arguments and all. Darn you people!

First we've got Matt Damon. Not normally my kind of guy. A bit too boyish. A bit too preppy. But then he went and played Jason Bourne and I fell a bit in love. That was some hot stuff right there. He was tough, he looked like a boxer instead of a pretty boy...there were things I could get behind. Or in front of really. He's intelligent and multi-talented. He's loyal (witness the friendship with Ben). Perhaps a bit too loyal? Because, while I would enjoy watching him and Ben make out, I don't feel like being excluded in a relationship. You know, if there was a hope in hell of having one.

Pros: Making him pretend to be Jason Bourne for rompy, high risk sexcapades.
Cons: His undying love for Ben.

Next we have Dale Earnhardt Jr. I know, on the surface a lot of people would think he's really perfect for me. A NASCAR driver for a NASCAR fan? Perfect! Except...well, he's a bit too cool for me. He's down with the geeks, as is shown by his friendship with teammate Michael Waltrip, but as a geek, am I prepared to have to deal with cool every day when I want to geek out on occassion? He has a sense of humor that's on the wry side. He gets to wear red a lot. He has fast cars. He has his own home in North Carolina. Darn it, it's not in California though. He loves Elvis and even has an Elvis room in his house. He loves to box. He parties with his friends incessantly.

Pros: Fast cars, Elvis, boxing, and front row seats to all the races.
Cons: The fact that he's a much better match for [livejournal.com profile] plum_evil than me.

Lastly we have Sam Jones III. Let me fill in a few folks on the background, because this was [livejournal.com profile] sullivanlane's nomination, and she's among the few on the friends' list who remember back to the day. Remember the whole write in campaign thing that got Sam more presence on the show? That would have been due to me and Jediwoman over at K-Site that first year. She said something one day about there needing to be more Pete presence (like we all were saying) and said we should all write in. I went and found a general WB/Smallville email address, did a post in which we made suggestions on how to write the proper letter...and it sort of went nuts. Sam's my boy. I flove that kid. Plus he's got a hot body. And he quite possibly can get as hyper as me. I've heard stories about his hyperness, and that seems in keeping with me.

Pros: THe most fun hanging out and just being together of all the options.
Cons: He's *young*. Like, young young.

So, based on my arguments, any advice?

You know what? There are certain icons just begging to be made. Begging!

I personally want a Cousin Larry/Balki Dance Of Joy icon. Because...yes.

ETA: You know what's really scary? I just realized that I even *remember* how to do the Dance of Joy. Holy crap. Man, I was such a Balki fangirl. What is it about me and crazy men? I had the same kind of adoration for Murdock on The A-Team too.

The BA stands for Bad Attitude. He got the name in Nam where he was known for his short temper and letting his fists do the talking. He is an

Although tough on the exterior this tough guy has a big heart. Known
for his trademark and mohawk and his notorious fear of flying.
