Just an idea of how stressful a day I had yesterday: By 4:00 I looked at one of my bosses (that I was working on a project with) and said "I have finally reached the stage where I honestly don't think I can make it one more minute without alcohol."

And really, I had reached that stage. For the first time in my life, I was so stressed out that I needed *something* just to get through the rest of the work day.

I worked hard until 5:00 on Monday. On Tuesday I was here until 7:30. Yesterday I left at 6:00. This one project, with it's up and down times, is killing me. I was supposed to have downtime until noon today, but I walked in the door and got roped into yet another crisis to do with this thing. 9:00, and already I need alcohol.

*whimper*

I did though have the most amazing burger last night. Huge, with the perfect tomato, cheese, slaw and mayo. I had to wash my hands thoroughly afterwards because they got so messy. And I suspect the orgasm face I made every time I took a bite confused the cook (who kept staring at me).

On to Smallville. Click below to read why there were some things I rabidly hated about this episode, but others (and not just Pete) that I loved with great passion.

I can't wait until this project is done! They're making me work my *ass* off.

To everyone who emailed or left me comments today, I swear I'll get to them tomorrow. This hell week is supposed to be over by noon, so I can actually sit down at my desk and goof off.

*sniff*

I do miss you all though.
