1. Anyone see Ingrid's new haircut yesterday? (Granted, DW and Co. all noted it as well, so if you were at the race you missed it.)

2. At the very very very end of NASCAR Raceday they had Hermie interviewing Ellyut and Jamie together. And Hermie yet again made Jamie almost choke on his water. Good times.

3. The truck race is a wreckfest. *sigh* I kind of haven't been paying attention. I need to pay attention, though, to line up for these races ahead of time. Ken Schrader is in it. I should have been up there trying to get his autograph for my uncle.

The USPS hijacked my fabric shipment. I might, just might, get it today. There's a sage knit for a long dress and a black on white floral knit for a short dress. Not to mention I finally cut out the pattern yesterday and have a more casual simple cotton to make a long dress with (for super casual wear).

I didn't see Ingrid's hair. Either I didn't recognise her, or I wasn't paying attention to the broadcast right then. I was probably setting up TrackPass and all that fun for the race.

As for the truck race, I need to go upstairs and check in on it. Did Skinner wreck out?

At first we couldn't figure out if she'd put it in a ponytail or something. Turns out she went Mariska Hargitay short. I'll have to see pictures to see if I like it.

I'm not sure about Skinner, because he was in contention at one point (and I think at least at 1:30 he was still in contention).

I saw that Harvick beat out Kyle for the win.

Even better than that...

Harvick passed Kyle a few laps before the last caution. Kyle was in second. His truck had some damage on the back that was rubbing the tires and a piece hanging out. He wanted to try and scrub that piece off so it wouldn't cause a caution, so under caution, when they're coming down the back stretch, he pulls all the way over to the inside wall to "scrub" his truck against the wall. It's a smart decision. Except in the process, he crossed the commitment line for pit road. He got a penalty for crossing that line and not going to pit road. He ended up restarting 17th or so. And he was MAD. He got out of his truck after the race and stormed out.

Hopefully, NASCAR.com will have the video to show all that. Sucks that I missed it.
