Okay, even with me being "eh" about Chris as his music style just wasn't doing anything for me, this is by far the funniest thing from this season of Idol.

My wife is the first one to criticize me and normally she agrees with Simon 100 percent, and last week she was like, "You know that wasn't the right song for you to do." I was disagreeing with her, like husbands always do. But this week she was like, "I don't understand."

It's wild that his wife is so honest. Hee! (And that line of "I was disagreeing with her, like husbands always do." Hee!)

NASCAR

Why I love Harvick: the reason why he wasn't at his car for interviews after the race in Richmond? No cameras were in sight when he got out of the car and he really, really had to pee. *rolls* How do we know this? Because Kevin and Delana actually posted it on their website.

Seriously, that's so frickin' funny to me, that not only does it need clarification, but they're fairly blase about the fact that hey, he had to go to the bathroom!

American Idol

On the plus side, guess who Paula has picked for wanting to win? Elliott. Awww! On the minus side, she's taking credit for America finally paying attention to him. Um, what? I love the boy and have since the 24. Her feedback is so positive on everyone that how can we take her love of Elliott any different from her love of Taylor or Katharine? (I wonder if Randy or Simon will say who they want to win.)

Smallville Night

[livejournal.com profile] lightstarangel and I had TONS of fun. And today I am exhausted. *dies* Luckily there's Japanese in the fridge and all I have to do is pop it in to heat it. Which means I'm taking a nap during lunch and will eat at my desk.

Lord have mercy.

Can someone explain to the local paper about wording? "Body found" (wording of the newpaper) is completely different from "fatal fall" (wording of local TV station). Finding a body indicates it having been lost or not easily seen. Believe me, as my coworker can attest, there was NO missing what happened - a guy committing suicide at lunch by jumping off a parking deck. "Fatal fall" is a much better way of wording it, though, to cover all aspects without getting graphic.
