American Idol & The Contender

Well, last night solidified it...this year is the year of the guy in my book. I'll still have my root on for Carrie, but it's all. about. the guys.

Sports Chick's Blog

There are women out there who love sports. These women pick their teams not by the colors of their jerseys or the attractiveness of their star players. Some of these women think Jeff Gordon is a good driver, even if he is too articulate for NASCAR. Others disagree. Some of them think Rick Neuheisel should be run out of town on a rail instead of winning a $4.7 million settlement. Or they might disagree. They're Yankees fans, Red Sox fans, or Washington Nationals fans. They went to Michigan, George Washington, or the University of South Dakota. They love the NBA, or they hate it. And a lot of them are mourning the loss of hockey season! But whatever their opinion, they're knowledgeable, intelligent, and fun.

How do I know that? Because I hear from them all the time. At work, family gatherings, parties, or at games. But I don't hear much from them on the internet. So here's your chance, all. What do you think? And what are the odds we can talk about sports as intelligently (and perhaps slightly more grammatically) as the other blogs out there?

Check it out folks! Celli got me hooked quickly (because one of the first questions was about NASCAR). It's refreshing to me. Yay, sports!
