Clarification on an earlier Crisis thought )

Another law enforcement note concerning Smallville - they royally messed up in regards to the jail. Legally, according to federal law, juveniles cannot be housed in the same facilities as adults, even for short periods of stay. If a small town arrests a teen, they have to transport them to a facility that can house them. Those are the rules. So...the fact that we've seen Clark and Lana, at separate times, in the same jail cell that Jonathan was in was factually incorrect.

Of course I know it's Hollywood, and free license with the truth and all that, but this information is just educational for us, the viewers.
