I'm still at work. It's 6:20 pm, and I'm still at work.

*fist meets wall*

4:30 - "Heather, we need you to stay just a *few* minutes late. Not much. Just to finish up this presentation leave-behind."

5:30 - "We're almost done with the final revisions. It'll be done shortly."

5:45 - "Thanks for making those revisions! Oh, wait, sorry, we forgot to tell you this needs to be bound tonight, with special covers and extraspecial formatting that you could have worked on during all that time you were waiting on us. Sorry!"

5:50 - "Oooops! We have more changes! Hold off on that binding until we're done!"

6:22 - *sound of crickets chirping as Heather sits at desk and waits*

I've been doing both at different times all day. *sigh* They picked the one day when I've been consistently royally pissed off, and extended it by two hours. Argh!

Hmmm. Maybe I should channel my ire by going home tonight and working on episode one. That should be invigorating!

(By the way, what's the word count and rules on recaps? Windy hasn't gotten to me yet on that.)
