Cloverfield and Bacon on a Stick
Best food item in the world (discovered last night): Bacon on a Stick
Okay, it was a skinny breadstick wrapped in bacon. If you're a vegetarian or vegan or anti-swine (or anti-carb for that matter), it won't be up your alley, but for me? Nirvana. Manna from heaven.
In fact, as a NASCAR fan, I want to know how I didn't know of this food's existence before now. It's bacon! On a breadstick! It's like a reverse pig in a blanket with more taste!

Cloverfield
If there's one thing I hate, it's movie trailers that give away everything. (On the flip side, I love movie titles that give away everything. Snakes on a Plane by any other name would have been wrong.) I want a movie trailer to tease me and make me want to see it.
"Cloverfield" does that. You know, that mystery trailer before "Transformers" by JJ Abrams. I love it! Makes you wonder if it's another classic 80s cartoon coming to life, another Godzilla movie (being done right), a King Kong movie, a random monster that's new to cinema...who knows what? But it teases in all the best ways.
Now as long as the movie lives up to the trailer.
