Swearing off Beef

That's it. No more beef for me. Ever.

*grumbles*

(Well, except maybe on a pizza or in Mexican food.)

I swear, I could eat beef every day for a week and be fine, then just one day of beef and my body goes into meltdown. What the hell? I had meatloaf for dinner on Wednesday night. No problems. Took some to work for Thursday lunch. Ended up going home early and communing with the toilet.
