Hate Hate Hate!

I hate my computer. With a passion. Loathe and despise.

It decided that today would be "I'm not gonna do crap day". I have rebuilt the desktop. I have purged the history (several times).

The computer has frozen every single time I try to go to KryptonSite. *whimper* It hates me!

And just so you know, because I can be obsessive/compulsive about certain things, my computer has frozen 7 times this morning. *g* Yes, I tried that many times to get to K-Site. Because it's a compulsion. I *have* to go there first thing in the morning, or I'll suffer a fate worse than death! (That fate by the way is called "Not Being In The Know".)

I shall cry now.

So everyone else must go to K-Site and read stuff and let me know of any spoilers, while I sit here and hate massively on my internet browser, or whatever has decided that I can't go there.

Plus you must all go and read my column. *g*

Got my grades. An A and an A. Woohoo! 4.0 GPA for the semester, cumulative GPA of 3.90. I rock.

Watched one of my favorite Christmas movies over the weekend: Scrooged. Dude. Carol Kane as the Ghost of Christmas Present? Rocks! She and Bill Murray together were my absolute favorite part of that movie.

Of course then I got very confused by one of the characters. Vaguely familiar, but too short and speaking too quickly to be my first guess, Jack Palance.

Turns out it was John Glover as the dead boss. Hee! Glover! The MB! Smallville is all-pervasive folks.

Be prepared.

I have been educated. I was completely unaware of many things involving fanfic, but now...I have been educated.

What have I gleaned from this?

Everyone in the Smallville fandom who has ever mentioned Chloe and coffee in a fanfic has stolen their ideas from me. Me! Because I am a god and the only person capable of making that observation about that character in a fic. And we'll all ignore the fact that plum_evil wrote Chloe coffee fic before me. Because she obviously precognitavely realized I was going to write Chloe coffee fic and stole the idea.

*snort*

Seriously folks, how many times have I laughed with people over "hive mind" and the unusual moments in which it pops up? A subject will never be mentioned, and then suddenly four people have written a post or fic about a topic, all with eerily similar points, and the only cause is a case of hive mind (or damn coincidence)? I find it funny. But I'm glad for the education. If only school were always this entertaining.
